NBR hose / for oil / hydraulic / high-pressure

The hose is Nitrile (NBR) based with four alternating layers of high tensile spiraling steel wire as reinforcement. It makes is it very good for extreme high hydraulic pressure and impulse applications. It is protected with Chloroprene (CR) based that has been Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) approved. It can stand -40°c to +121°c temperature. It is made out of steel yet is flexible and durable. It has passed the standards of Det Norske Veritas (DNV) Germanischer Lloyd (GL). It has been tested to 1,000,000 impulse cycles proving it to have superior flex performance. It has been awarded the EN 856 R12. SAE 100R12. ISO 3862 R12 which means it meets or exceeds the performance requirements of EN 856 4SP (-16, -20). With this award it is one of the most flexible hoses in the industry today. These hoses are very useful when dealing with hydraulic applications such as heavy construction machines that needs a lot of hydraulic pressure to function.
