Watson Marlow's Bredel Hose Pump elements include a maximum uptime of 80% with longer hose life. It also has a tight tolerance in low stress on bearings, suction performance of 30ft suction lift, high pressure capability of up to 16 bar and volumetric accuracy of to ± 1%. It also showcases high pump performance and durability to ensure its high quality standard. The hose pumps are made out of great quality compound rubbers with four individual layers of braided nylon and up and is finished by a high-precision machining. Its white inner layer is ideal for food contact while the outer layers are machine-made for the assurance of maintained critical tolerance. Its other key features include perfect compression for longer service life, consistent capacity independent of varying suction and discharge conditions, high performance when handling high viscosity product and more.
