A LFD-heated line filter with pressure controller, The LFD unit is a miniature line filter with a filter fitting that is decoupled from the installment and a back-flushable exhaust gas pressure controller. It can optionally be delivered as an NO pressure governor, limiting inlet pressures of up to 6 bar to an outlet pressure of maximum 250 mBar, or as an NC pressure governor that remains enclosed to a peak of 3 bar of inlet pressure as long as a vacuum of -70 mBar relative pressure is applied on the sample gas outlet.
During analysis, the vacuum controller regulates the inlet pressures of up to 6 bar to max. 50 mBar on the outlet. The LFD can be coupled to a tiny sampling unit utilizing an HKL (heated/cooled line), allowing samples to be taken in a 50-650°C and 0-6 bar spectrum. With all the IAG pre-filters, great value is placed on the greatest measurement precision and quality.
