Electroluminescent lamp controller

The Supertex HV816 series high voltage Electroluminescent lamp driver is specifically designed for applications in laptop and netbook keyboard, display sign, portable instrumentation equipment, and electronic organizer. It features 360 VPP output voltage for extended brightness feature. This driver is enhanced with larger output load capability of up to 150 nF. It works within an operating supply voltage range of 2.7 to 5.5 V. Its structural layout permits integration of a single unit of lithium ion cell. This EL system can be configurable with its output regulation for dimming functions. Metal?oxide?semiconductor field-effect transistor external switching guide is also employed.
