The MDL Series Motorized Variable Optical Delay Lines are intended for accurate optical path delays of up to 17cm. They can deliver high delay resolution of 1fs for both 330 and 560 pico-second models with a DC motor that comes equipped with an integrated encoder. This device presents an excellent choice for use in network equipment and integration of test instruments as it comes in a small and rugged package.

In order to provide the desired delay, the F-TDC-OPT compact time delay coil can be adjusted according to the specifications of the length of fiber and connector. Making compact and low loss fiber coils demands attention, precision and skill, and with its proprietary manufacturing processes, the F-TDC Compact Time Delay Coil provides extremely low insertion loss.
