This small, very compact (1 m² on the floor) and absolutely noiseless equipment, suits perfectly a laboratory environment, with «self-service» type utilization.

Used scales:
A 1.2 kg range with 1mg accuracy scales is advised.

Containers used for the compounds:
Any beaker compatible with the range of use of the scales. The beaker is put manually on the scales tray after reading of the identification barcode label printed by COMPO-MANAGER software.

Organization & configuration:
ROXY-100 integrates 100 liquid raw materials storage containers which are set on a ring around the machine vertical axis, as well as the 100 corresponding VDS-101 dispensing devices
The VDS-101 devices control system, the scales and the compound beaker can turn around this same axis, allowing successive dispensing according to the formula.
ROXY-100 can be integrated as a module of a ROXANE-K machine.

Raw materials storage:
The 100 storage containers, in stainless steel, have various capacities (450 ml to 6500 ml). In option, these containers can be pressurized (viscous products), protected with nitrogen blanket, or cooled. Each container is linked to a VDS-101 dispensing device.
These raw materials are managed by COMPO-MANAGER software (continuous inventory, lots and expiry dates management, ...).

Used technology: the VDS-101 dispensing system:
The VDS-101 dispensing devices allow an accurate and quick dispensing of liquids (even viscous) simply gravity fed, or lightly pressurized. Their opening is driven continuously by to a unique control device (cam and step motor).
