The K-Mix multicomponent dosing system is designed for operations of mixing and dosing that need a specific method. It is applicable in process where materials need to be accurately and reliable dosed, mixed and delivered in a certain ratio.
The modular dosing system is equipped with the special control program that controls the system under normal Win XP mode. The operations are very easy because of the installed self-explanatory ICONS on the 15 inch touch screen display. This program allows an automatic flushing after run-down of the pot life. There is also a virtual keyboard that can be displayed in the service mode.
The system can process simultaneously between 2 and 6 different liquid media.
The required components for system mixes and meters can be designed according to the customers? specific method.
The material can be delivered by 2 means, depending on the application. One with the membrane pumps for low pressure or the piston pumps for high pressure operations.
