Paint dispenser / gravimetric / with gear pump / multi-component

TEK COMPACT is the Automatic Dispensers line doomed to stores or color centers with high productivity needs: the gear pump technology allows simultaneous dispensing and high accuracy in a real short time.

TEK COMPACT is available in different version, with 3,5l. and 9l canisters, up to a maximum of 27 circuits. These configurations allow to develop high productivity in a small space, lower than a square meter.

Three different dosing methods easily selectable by the operator:

Simultaneous: all colorants involved in the formula are dispensed together. High speed dosage, suitable for production of all types tins dimension
Gravimetric: suitable to meet in particular small tins soft color production where is required the maximum accuracy and repeatability.
Combined: suitable for production of a series of identical tins. The first dosing is carried out in gravimetric, allowing the software to check the correct calibration, in order to ensure the maximum accuracy and precision of the shade. The subsequent doses are performed in simultaneous, ensuring speed and repeatability.
Minimum dosing: 1/384 fl oz (0.077 ml).
