Operating principle
The product is dosed volumetrically by the extraction unit of the storage container (silos, hopper, big bag, etc.) and entered into a mechanical or pneumatic conveyor that transfers it to the feed screw.

According to the recipe set on the PLC interface, the system will sample the ingredients from the various containers in the pre-set percentage until it has formed the desired mix.

The filtering system allows separation and out-flow of the transport air and is configured to run regular cleaning cycles on the sleeves thanks to the injection of compressed air (dust removal).
