The Gravimetric Feeding System is manufactured by PTI, and is a precise feeding and blending of the materials that is key to the success of the HVTSE process.

The amount of material brought onto the flights of the screws are directly related to Gravametric process feeders. These are utilized to control not only the total volume of material flow. The multiple units are also utilized in conjunction to accurate and precise control in different percentage combinations or blends of materials.

The materials are brought onto the amount of extruded output via individual vibratory feeders. The output is stabilize and consistent due to its importance the feeding system is very precise in the amount of material fed into the system. The screws are accurately regardless of their bulk density and form.
