Plastic pellet batch blender / gravimetric

GRAVEX is a continuous as opposed to batch gravimetric blending system. In the age of higher Raw Material Costs any savings become very important. Along with other Addex products like the automatic gauge controls, digital IBC control and REDI dies the GRAVEX system saves raw material.

The GRAVEX is modular, making additions of components possible over time. The large weight ranges of the 3 (three) standard hopper sizes with their high 0.1% accuracy allows many if not all desired recipes to be run without hardware changes.

Lately we have improved the accuracy of the dosing units at low rpms to allow the larger screws to handle smaller material amounts with high accuracy, which again reduces the need for hardware changes. In our leaflet you will see our dosing capacities still broken down by screw and sleeve size, but the above mentioned improvements let us handle most applications with the ?green? screw.

The average Film Thickness is guaranteed by the integration of the nip speed and/or extruder rpm.
