The exigencies of maize millers to produce higher quality and more profitable finished products, has lead Golfetto Sangati to conceive a machine that provides perfect maize degermination and scouring in a single pass.

This machine is ideal for production of Hominy, gritz, semolina and flour with low fat content.

Cellulose and emicellulose are totally removed thus allowing for production of special flours where this feature is essential.

The unique shape of the rotor and shell cause a particular efficient friction motion between maize kernels.

A remarkable degermination and scouring action is achieved as a result.

It is possible to use this machine for its scouring function alone on maize already degerminated it does not cause breakage and fines.
