NSK Mounted Units are available in various models - RHP Self-Lube®, Silver-Lube®, Life-Lube® and Molded-Oil units.

Two basic components - the insert and the housing - are included in the units. Every unit comprises of a sealed single-row ball bearing with a spherical outside diameter. It also has an extended inner ring with pillow block or flanged mounting. Any initial problems with alignment are accommodated by the spherical fit.

For mounting the shaft in a close fit, the product provides a variety of locking methods. This, along with a variety of sealing suited for all environments, adds to the versatility of units. It features a very strong, two-piece riveted metal gage made of either steel or stainless steel.

Any initial misalignment on mounting is corrected by the spherical seating. Standard re-lubrication facility is available. There is no need of relubrication for Molded Oil options.

Noise-free and efficient running is made possible by the super finished raceways. For improving the safety and protection of bearing, a protector is included.

Self-Lube® units are available in steel and Silver-Lube® are available in plastic.
