Cup type or peripheral grinding wheels used in this kind of manufacture. Just as with beveling, metal and resin-bonded grinding wheels are utilized. Straight-line, variable-angle edging machines and bilateral edging machines use cup wheels. POMDI offers 4 types of cup grinding wheels:

The mitre grinding wheels have an extremely thick diamond layer and are used in position 1 on variable-angle machines. L & M grinding wheels are a leading products because of their particularly high-performance grinding wheels and they are used to work all types of glass types including monolithic and laminated.

The continuous grinding wheels are the standard metal-bonded and continuous-rim wheels. The resin grinding wheels come in both flat and turbo versions and they are used in machines intended to attain the highest finish quality.
