This product is especially designed for the ceramics field.
The products are diversified by their type of application,
tile before firing and after firing.
1) Before firing, cup wheels are used inserted between the TRINYL and abrasive cloth or paper according to the type of removal that must be done on the raw material before drying in the kiln.
2) After firing wheels of only Trinyl fabric are used.
The only dimensions are 165 or 150 mm in diameter with thickness 40 mm. The plastic plate is applied according to the machine where they are used, that can be with hole central to the wheel, with Velcro applied behind the plate or with a quick coupling.
According to the removal and type of material to work, these wheels can be built with different types of fabric in our wide range.
