The family of products called MID identifies a series of brushless motors with MID40 ? MID 60 ? MID 80 integrated electronics.
These products manage motors with power ranges from 100 W to 750 W with 40 mm, 60 mm and 80 mm flanges.
All products are equipped with different Fieldbuses. At present, CANopen and RTU MODBUS are available.
In the first term of 2016 also Ethernet Fieldbuses, such as EtherCAT, Profinet, IP Ethernet, over IP Modbus will be available.
For simpler applications, in case no fieldbuses are to be used impulse and direction inputs are available.
The Drive section was devised to maximise the performances of the motor with no class drop in comparison with externally housed Drives.
MID series is supplied with two separate power supply inputs, one only for the control section (24 Vdc) and the other uniquely for the power section.
The power section input requires a DC Bus and therefore an external power supply device is needed.
MIDs can be equipped with three different feedbacks: 11 bit magnetic encoder, high- resolution optical incremental encoder and absolute sinus/cosinus encoder.
The Drives are fitted with STO safety input.
The state of the Drive ( RUN, Alarms, Communication), besides being available on Fieldbuses is also displayed by LED visualization.
