The ACR9000 family has been extended with the new ETHERNET Powerlink. ETHERNET Powerlink has an additional real-time motion control over the traditional Ethernet. This motion controller has an upper limit of 8 axes of stepper control that can operate up to a maximum of 25 concurrent programs. It has an insertion in any mixes of these 8 axes. It also has a CANopen Expansion Input/Output port that is intended for the Parker Input/Output family. This motion controller has an ETHERNET/IP compatibility and manages 16 ETHERNET Powerlink drives.
