Conductor rails with copper head or solid copper, pantographs and accesories
Manufactured in lengths of 7m according to the requirement of the customer. Special attention should be paid to the following characteristics:
Hot rolled steel section with 4mm to 10mm dovetail profile at the top in order to have a close grip to the copper profile. Even under roughest conditions in heavy duty operation the copper profile will not separate from the steel bar unless the copper is cut off at one side.
The steel section is supplied in black, hot dip galvanized or sand blasted and painted with the type of paint and amount of coats the customer requires.
Electrolytic copper section hard enough for drawing.
Accesories such as:
Connection clamps
Expansion clamps
Locking clamps
Feeding clamps
Being made as only 75 years of experience can make it possible and with all the guarantees. The highly reliable steatite insulator are joined by studs to the insulating body using the taper and expansion joint method often employed in pad and screw fixing systems.
The steatite insulating body guarantees insulation without any absortion of moisture in both interiors and exteriors and in highly aggressive, dusty enviroments containing conductive carbon or iron dust.
These insulators can be cleaned with a water jet when the power in the line is shut-off. The nuts and bolts can be cadmium or zincplate, stainless steel or brass, as per the customers wishes. Current collectors with collector shoes for continuous duty of superior quality.
