Long cables need coiling to ensure convenience when it comes to storage and transportation. Metzner CRC 350 cable ring coilers achieve these requirements quite quickly thanks
due to the perfect synchronization operation with the machine for cable processing. The latter will use a communication interface to control the direction and speed of coiling. Cables are inserted automatically through a feeding pipe into the coiling device. Automatically retractable feeding pins ensure easy unloading of the coiled cables.
The cable coilers are versatile and users are offered various operation modes. In the synchronous coiling mode, the device works alongside the cable processing machine. In the autonomous cutting and coiling mode it acts as a device for measuring length, cutting to length and also coiling the cable in combination.
