Coiler with two moving pinching arms. This extremely simple, strong and safe machine allows the operator to assemble drums and spools without much effort and in a very short time. The special feature of this machine are the two pinching arms which move on HIWIN linear guides and guarantee a high carrying capacity and easy sliding.

FEATURES OF THE DRUM WINDER
? Drum PINCHING ARMS with cones controlled through a hand-wheel working on worm screws.
? HIWIN linear guides and skids.
? DRUM LIFTING with manual hydraulic (or electrical) pump working on oil dynamic cylinders.
? 380 V ENGINE
FEATURES OF THE MEASURING DEVICE
? Measurer for round cables with diameter from 2 to 60 mm (margin of error +/- 1-2%).
? The models ?RRM 2200? and ?RRM 2600? have the measurer ?SPECIAL ONE? (code 121) for a cable with a diameter from 2 to 120 mm (margin of error +/-1-2 %)
FEATURES OF THE SPOOL WINDING REEL
? REEL with retractable levers.
? REEL DIAMETER: 1000 mm; core diameter: 325 mm (with extenders for 450 mm core).
? SHAFT WITH CONES for smaller drums.
