Inline Original extract Monitor is used to accurately measure the temperature and original extract of beer. Production conditions can be adjusted to avoid out-of-spec production thanks to the short response time of the extract monitor. Result of measurement is auto-corrected for temperature. To get accurate original extract, the changing CO2 concentration should be compensated. For auto compensation of fluctuating levels of CO2 , a CO2 analyzer is used along with the monitor's evaluation unit.
