These are dust filters that use the effects of compressed air for cleaning. The dust is taken in by cartridges which are usually used to trap dry particles, dust, welding smoke and smokes from cutting processes. Cartridge filters have been designed for high air flows from 1000-84000 m³/h. Every module houses several cartridges from four to six and most of these modules are brought together to function together. This makes the system easily modifiable for expansion for further requirements. This also reduces economic burden on expansion. Since the equipment is compact, lots of space is saved for other valuable purposes. The filter cartridges are optimal in costs and are maximized for filter surface outputs. A stream of compresses air cleans the cartridges automatically and done periodically as and when need arises. The filter works even when the system is not running to keep the system clean from dust.
