FRAME
The fan frame is made entirely of suitable gauge welded sheet steel finished with a black RAL 9005 epoxy powder coating. In the standard version the fan mounting position is B5 so it is supplied without seat and skid and it is installed by means of holes on the inlet vent.
IMPELLERS
The impellers feature forward curved blades made of galvanized sheet steel and they are statically and dynamically balanced in compliance with ISO standards, keeping noise levels and vibration to the absolute minimum.
MOTORS
Asynchronous, three-phase motors, with squirrel cage rotor, in 400V/50- 60 Hz version, with IP55 protection rating in compliance with UNELMEC standards. Wired for 2 pole operation. The motor is mounted on a skid that is shared with the fan. The power ratings shown in the performance tables are sized taking account of the efficiency of the machine plus an additional safety margin to compensate for possible anomalies of the system.
