The Corning® LSE? solid centrifuge is a room economy centrifuge perfect for use in Life Science and manufacturing research laboratories. Three angle rotors are obtainable for use with the Corning LSE Compact Centrifuge, which can accommodate tube dimensions of 15, 50mL, and 1.5/2.0 ml micro-centrifuge pipes. Additionally, the LSE Compact Centrifuge can accommodate a swing-out rotor for 6 x 5 ml pipes. Other adapters have an option of using other different pipe dimensions as well as normal conical pipes and circular base blood tubes. The LSE Compact Centrifuge has a maximum of 4,185 x g g-force. Other characteristics comprise an electronic lid lock system, overspeed protection, and a mechanical shut off imbalance monitoring system. The Corning LSE Compact centrifuge is compatible in a cold room. It has a rotor capacity of 6 x 50 ml or 12 x 15 ml, recognizes both round and conical bottom tubes, maximum velocity 6,000rpm per 4,185 x g and has its footprint for space saving.
