Spur sprocket wheel / hub

Challenge BS sprockets are available to purchase in a number of standard configurations, but buyers can also choose from a large range of special options such as hardened teeth, black oxide / phosphating, special coatings in addition to custom designs. The BS Taper Bore Sprockets 06B 24B are available to purchase in simplex, duplex, triplex, and these units are manufactured from either C45 steel or GG22 close grain cast iron.

The BS Pilot Bore Sprockets 03B 32B are also available in simplex, duplex and triplex, with sizes of 081, 083, and 084. Plate Wheel Sprockets 03B 32B are also available in sizes 081, 083 and 084, with the 085 size manufactured from C45 steel. Double Simplex Sprockets can be bought in both the Tape Bore and the Pilot Bore configurations.
