The DS 400 is a mobile chart recorder which is utilized for energy analysis, flow measurement and leakage calculation for compressed air systems, and when the flow for the temperature, flow, moisture/dew point, pressure/vacuum are to be sensed, as well for optional third-party sensors. The internal Li-Ion batteries are rechargeable, lasting for approximately 8 hours of continuous operation.

It has an easy and clear layout with simple operation via the 3.5 color display and touch-panel. Up to 4 sensors/meters can be connected plus third-party sensors/meters, including the power supply, making it very versatile. It is very reliable, since it stores every measured value on a memory card, for easy read-out via a USB stick as required. possible.

It provides intelligent energy analysis by way of daily/weekly/monthly evaluations and mathematical functions for internal calculations such as the common key data of a compressed air plant. This includes costs in ? per generated m3 air, kWh/m3 generated air, and flow of single lines including summation.
