SMART-CUT S/NC 550 OPTIMA Special is a CNC bridge saw featuring in-built axes consisting of circulating crowns as well as permanent work seats. These are engineered for carrying out numerous machining functions like cutting slabs, structuring of miniature chips, etching of insertions or boring.

SMART-CUT S/NC 550 OPTIMA uses a diamond disc for various tasks and comprises of a vacuum box lift and position mechanism. Additionally, the equipment can grasp the cut parts, thereby maximizing slab cutting and shifting them for accomplishing routing on its rear end that requires strengthening poles to be cemented.

Moreover, the work seat can be attached with a bend top upon demand. In the S/NC 550B OPTIMA model, the seat features an automated conveyor strap for initiating the packing and unpacking tasks.
