The TOP 400 is an orbital lathe engineered by Sir Meccanica. It is suitable for use in tracing circular paths around a piece to be processed. The unit executes cutting through the relative rotation between the piece and cutting tool. It is a portable tool enabling installation and fastening directly on the piece, instead of on the piece installed on the machine.

The lathe features a one-piece control panel body to ensure easy operation, using a touch screen and a handwheel.

It has an external machining diameter range of 70 mm to 400 mm. The machine has a rotation spindle "S" up to 95 rpm. It comes with a stroke length of 80 mm on x-axis, and 200 mm on y-axis.
