With up to 16 clamping stations and up to 25 machining units, the EUBAMA S-20 is one of the most powerful rotary transfer machines around - and can also be used to machine cubic workpieces. Thanks to its stable machine design, the EUBAMA S-20 ensures the highest precision and a comprehensive machining spectrum, even with complex workpiece geometries. Workpieces up to 45 mm in diameter and up to 320 mm long can be machined in short cycle times.

To economically manufacture small and medium batch sizes on the EUBAMA S-20, special value was placed on flexibility and the minimizing of setup times and downtimes.

The Alternative to CNC Machining Centers in Series Production.

Machining workpieces on five sides was something only CNC machining centers did until now. Now there's a new and alternative way to series manufacture complex workpieces. Thanks to its swiveling collet chuck, the EUBAMA S-20 rotary transfer machine offers you five-side machining in just one clamping.

High and precise machining performance, longer tool life, and economical cutting speeds even in materials that are difficult to machine are all guaranteed by the extreme stability of the EUBAMA S-20. Depending on the machining task involved, hydraulically controlled machining units can also be utilized. A combination of different types of control in the same machine is also possible.
