Coalescing filter / for liquids / gas

DynaCeptor elements utilize PEACH Saturated Depth Coalescing technology. Flow is inside-to-outside and liquid droplet removal is down to 0.3 microns. DynaCeptor standard SOE (single open end) design fits into PECOFacet Model 77V vertical gas coalescer housings with tripod risers or into competitor housings.

Benefits

Allows for complete element saturation which provides more residence time for liquids to adhere to fibers and coalesce/grow.
Saturation also provides ?self-cleaning? allowing solid contaminants to drain off with the coalesced liquids.
Lower differential pressure then pleated coalescers which equates to energy savings.
Internal drainage sleeve on bottom cap to prevent aerosols from re-entraining in gas stream.
Rigid media structure makes cartridge resistant to liquid slugs and upsets.
Environmentally friendly cartridge
Helical flow path forces the gas to take a longer path through the cartridge thus increasing the contaminants chances of impacting fibers and coalescing.
