The particular feature of this plant is the large aggregate storage capacity at low installation height
Description
Feeding of aggregates by truck via ground level hopper, two discharging conveying troughs are delivering the aggregates onto the inclined conveyor belt. A reversible distribution belt conveyor feeds each silo individually.

A weighing belt conveyor situated underneath the silos feeds the aggregates into the skip hoist which
transports the material upwards into the mixer.
Cement silos are positioned at the front side of the batching plant. Cement is fed by screw conveyors into the cement weigh batcher.

The necessary water volume is drawn by a water weigh batcher and a computer-controlled dosing. Further additives such as solvents, retarder or fluid colour can also be handled (if required).
Each material is delivered nearly dustfree to the mixer.

A fully electronic control system monitors and surveys all functions (dosing, weighing, batching and mixing).
