Truck-mounted concrete pump

The HB41 concrete pump is the first 40 m concrete pump with a three-axle chassis in China, as well as the the pioneer in X-outrigger technology, and in the 40 m level 5-section RZ type folded boom, which requires very little space for the boom to be folded and unfolded. This offers good economics and exceptional power performance, adopting the Hino FSIERV (6x4). The front X type outrigger can operate on one side and an open semi-outrigger in a restricted area.

Opened delivery technology, intelligent pumping damping technology, fully hydraulic reversing technology and small pumping reversing impact is adopted by the main vehicle pumping. The concrete piston is able to withdraw automatically. PLC control with a color display screen is adopted by the electrical system which displays the equipment's operating parameters. The reliability, safety and economics of the concrete pump is improved by the application of the engine energy saving technology and trouble-shooting technology.
