BB080 is a series of board to board connectors and the available pitch of the product is 0.8mm x 1.2mm. Its profile rate is 1.50mm. It is a header with the dual number of rows and surface mount type. The number of contacts and pins is 06-100 pin. It is a straight unit relative to PCB. Phosphor Bronze is contact material and the Polyester LCP, UL94-V0 is used in the insulation. The LCP is perfect to use for IR Reflow, Wave and Manual solder.
All parts are 50µ" Nickel under plated. Specified plating thickness is 100µ". Gold flash is used in the contact plating and the electric current rating is 0.5 AMP. Operating temperature is -40°C to +105°C. Maximum contact resistance rate is 20m?. 500 MEGAOHMS per minute is insulation resistance. Dielectric withstanding voltage is AC 200 V.
