Schaltbau presents LV80/120-HPC series high power connectors. They are suitable for charging connectors with an increased current-carrying capacity. They comply with the DIN VDE 0623-589 standard.
The connectors include a Schaltbau-patented feature for batteries with commercial electrolyte circulation system (ECS).

LV80/120-HPC can handle all needs of manufacturers as well as users of latest battery-operated machines and applications. Examples include materials handling and lifting equipment, automotive batteries, battery chargers, and backup systems of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). The connectors have a red keying plug. This is suitable for charging wet batteries with 120 A as well as effective prevention of connector mismating.
