The key equipment of the plant are FERCALX own design and fabricated in the TERRUZZI FERCALX SPA workshop. These key equipment are:

1 - Three Stages Hydrator *WIT SYSTEM*
2 - Dry Dedusting System for Lime Hydrator
3 - Classification system with Air Separator of last generation
4 - Grinding and micronisation mills (Hammer mill, Ball mill etc.)
5 - Transport equipment (Belt Conveyors, Screw Conveyors, Bucket Elevators)
6 - Packing equipment

Terruzzi Fercalx is the designer and builder of all the components of the plant (equipment and steel structures).

The design of FERCALX THREE STAGES HYDRATOR *WIT SYSTEM*, allows a flexibility and a reliability that make possible the adjustment of its operating parameters to any necessity, according to the raw material feeding the plant and the requirements of the final product.
