Heating rate is > 1000°C/s. MSE Furnace?s rapid thermal furnaces are used for many applications including solar cells, graphene, carbon nanotubes, nanowires, LEDs, MEMS, semiconductors, and industrial coating. With the integrated air cooling system and double-layer steel case, surface temperature is always under 60°C. Our furnaces are all with PID automatic control via solid state relay with 30 steps programmable.

Sliding Rail System Control : Fast heating and cooling can be achieved by sliding the furnace. Sliding rail is installed on the bottom of furnace, which allows for fast heating or cooling by sliding furnace from one side to the other side.
