This measuring microscope provides a measuring accuracy which is the highest of its class. Conforming to JIS B 7153 standards, it features an observation tube with a wide field of view and a clear, flare/less erect image. The FS optical system has shown proven high/NA objective with a long working distance type. High/resolution observation and high/accuracy measurement solution are obtained by the integration of metallurgical and measurement microscope functions.

The reflected or transmitted illumination unit can be selected from a high/intensity LED or halogen bulb (required). A reflected/transmitted variable aperture diaphragm enables observation measurement while light diffraction is suppressed. Numerous standardized stages are available in sizes up to 400 x 200 mm. The stage can be moved quickly when measuring workpieces which are large in size or quantity by using the quick-release mechanism. High-magnification eyepiece observation up to 4000X is provided.
