Lateral guide for conveyor

The S, F, R series is a self-aligning troughing set. The unit is an available solution to the tough working conditions of the plants or industries.

The troughing set performs in a way that corrects the belt tracking, and sustains it regularly in the central position. It is manufactured with a series of rollers arranged in a trough positioned onto the supporting transom.

These rollers are fixed to a slewing ring that allows rotation. The slewing ring enables a rotation limited to 5-8 degrees, and has a size proportional to the vertical loading.

The installation of the self-aligning troughing sets is advised to be on the upper strand rather than the return section, and used only when the working conditions are favorable.
