Practical experience has led to the development of a troughing set that can freely rotate and offer the required support without damaging the flexible belt. Together with the central support the unitary assembly is extremely strong. Two rollers comprising the set are loaded on a single shaft measuring 15 mm diameter with their external end caps sealed hermetically. This helps to make the unitary assembly strong when combined with the central support. MPS series rollers are used for medium load capacity belt conveyors for small items. The cantilevered sets are fixed with screws on a base plate part No.SPT 1316.
