Stainless steel conveyor belt pre-cleaner

The Stainless Steel MSP Standard Mine-Duty Precleaner, developed by Flexco, offers a high quality resistance against corrosion and impacts. It comes with a disjoined blade for consistent pressure and ideal cleaning. This device is built with different tensioning components which provide four relief points for allowing mechanical belt splices.

It is ideal for underground mining, hard rock mining, metal mining, aggregate, and bulk material handling applications. This cleaner is also intended for 600 mm to 2100 mm belt widths. Its property can also be configured through the optional C-Tips blade for mechanically-spliced belts and V-Tips blade for vulcanized belts only. Cleaner sizes is also available upon request.
