Web spreader roller

On a bended axle there are spread several bearings with rubber coated sleeves. The curved shape of the rollers generates a stretching effect and thus a spreader effect on the film. This principle can already be applied at a low angle of contact of 20°.
The position of the deflection can be altered by slew transmission and therefore adapted to the respective production.

For the variant CGV also the deflection height can be adjusted.
Area of application:

Avoids the formation of wrinkles in web guiding of plastic film, artificial leather, textiles, paper and similar, also during high production speed
Has a wide material application range, also for sensitive and adhesive material
Can be used for multi-slit application
Has a wide range of working widths
