3D measuring machine

The 3D multi-sensor portal measuring machine PMS LL has three sensors. Their measuring range is 600x600x600mm to 1200x1200x600mm. There is an air-bearing guideway in all axes. The measuring uncertainty is at E1=0,9(L/600)µm. The machine has a 3-axis computer numerical control or CMC and a 1.4-megapixel CCD camera. The camera has a 1x telecentric precision objective. There is a LED-transmitted illumination system, coaxial scanning point laser and temperature compensation function. The series has the option of touch-trigger probe TP200, scanning probe SP25 and conoscopic measuring laser. A single software performs control, measurement and analysis operations. Dst-protected guides and mechanically protected cabling system are present.
