PCD cutting insert / MCD / CVD

The Diamond Cutting Insert, manufactured by WEISS AG, is designed in ISO indexable inserts with diamond cutting edges. This device is configured in an intense corrosion protection that offers a long life of span and therefore minimal down times of operation machines. It is also suitable for high work piece quantities or for intense device wear.

Moreover, this product has diamond blanks and brazed or vacuum-brazed which are available with indexable carbide inserts. The diamonds contain any (PCD) or no binder phase (CVD diamond, MCD and natural diamond) based on the cutting equipment.
