The ISO indexable insert with Borapact (CBN) is capable of producing quality results when used in pearlitic gray cast-iron. It is also being used in cse-hardened, heat-treated steels, and hardened ball bearings. This device is specifically made from steels, Carbon, and Nitrogen based metals, as well as from welded alloys and super alloys. In addition, this CBN insert is available in different shapes, with accordance to the ISO.
