Turning insert

The Coroturn 107 is a sharp cutting tool for exterior and interior processing of different components, usually small, long and slender ones. This cutting tool is designed for creating precise cutting and exceptional chip control guaranteeing a smooth and soft cutting action with low cutting force resulting to a quality surface finish to the component. It has also high pressure coolant for specific design geometry.

The CoroTurn sharp cutting edges has a 7º clearance angle and a screw clamping to ensure quality and unobstructed chip flow. It comes with different insertion geometries for specific finishes. Plus it features Coromant Capto and steel shanks design for additional cutting units for all types of insert shapes.
