Beveling cutting machine / for pipe ends

RASAFAS XY is designed for cutting tubes having up to 80 mm diameters. Exact positioning feature of its NC-axles only require a small allowance for its operation. Its one working process includes interior and exterior chamfering along with facing of tubes.
The swarf are removed through a conveyor and placed into a swarf-container. The procedure of removal and disposal is quite easy. The chamfering area ensures that the swarf are removed without any difficulties.
The chamfering head could be easily removed and replaced on demand. Associated parameters could be calibrated automatically by a separator.
This system can be easily assembled with a separator system. It plays a significant role in transferring work-pieces to downstream machines.
