Angular profile grinding machine / multi-function / CNC

This multi-function CNC form and profile grinder SMART-H/B 818II consists of a spindle, base and saddle. A 4 piece class 7 super precision angular contact ball bearings coupled with a low vibration class v3 spindle motor supports the spindle which can be air purged on request.

The base is a specially designed T-shaped one piece casting offering superior rigidity. The double 'V' designed turcite-B coated cross-feed guideways between the base and the saddle offers full table travel preventing table overhangs.

The speed of the longitudinal table movement can be easily adjusted by turning two knobs. Fixture alignment of the hydraulic cylinder is possible with quick disengagement. Its headstock elevation accuracy is adjustable counter weighed to ensure micro-down feed accuracy.
