The newly introduced Orbit lineup exceeds current benchmarks specially in the small to medium sized profile and flat grinding machine segment.It boasts a relatively small cross slide design and is backed by the proven BLOHM modular system. Optimal grinding patterns are made possible owing to the superior damping features of the hydro dynamic guideways in the table axis.

Just like all BLOHM machines, the FEM optimized design of all the significant parts in grey cast iron ensures class leading vibration and thermal engineering characteristics of the Orbit. BLOHM brings to you the Orbit in three different machine sizes namely 500 mm x 200 mm to 800 mm x 400 mm. Furthermore, there is also a choice of two control versions either a proven BLOHM EasyProfile control system or a professional CNC control system.
