When consolidating various machining processes for parts that require versatile mechanical processing, the KGC2 Grinding Center is a useful product. It allows efficient/accurate multi-grinding and makes maximum use of NC capability. The machine also has superior thermal rigidity, vibration resistance and torsional rigidity all of which suit parts which require complicated and versatile machining processes. One can obtain cylindrical and internal grinding in a single chucking on the KGC2. It is possible to grind internal gears and internal splines with a high degree of accuracy by using an excellent indexing control technology.
