AUTOMATIC CLEANING MACHINE

The PA-4F/Radius automatic cleaning machine cleans weld beads on uPVC corners thanks to 4 milling and 4 grooving units controlled by a PLC.

Programming

The programming system enables automatic machine operation with the help of an angle detection feeler and self-centering device, automatic recognition of the profile and automatic mill and knife operation based on the shape of the same. The monitor can be used to control all the machine?s functions and indicates the type of profile, the operation in progress, any anomalous situations and maintenance programming. The machine also enables automatic presser adjustment according to the height of the profile and switching from incision to a surface processing is possible by simply inverting the knives.
